A major project goal is the broad involvement of the northern Colorado community in the development of the I-25 Regional Corridor Plan. This web site is only one component of the larger public participation component of the project designed to provide opportunities for ongoing and meaningful participation and multi-media communication from the public, elected officials, and staff. In order to create "real" opportunities for public involvement and build support for the plan, the process includes:

- Community Forums and Focus Groups
- Staff Technical Team Meetings
- Policy Committee Meetings
- Regional Managers Group Periodic Updates
- Elected Officials Working Group Periodic Updates

In addition to the above opportunities for public and elected/appointed official involvement, the following activities and techniques are also incorporated to ensure an open and proactive communication process:

- Regular press updates to Local Media
- Dedicated project Web Site
- Project Newsletters
